This Mochi Concept development is inspired by the warmth and serenity of Japanese springtime, reflected in both the design and color palette of the house. The interiors are crafted in soft, warm tones, with light wood furniture that evokes a gentle, calming atmosphere. Even the lighting is thoughtfully chosen, with a blend of white and soft orange hues to create a cozy, inviting ambiance in the evening.
True to its name, “HARU”—which means “spring”—the house embraces the colors of the season, incorporating shades of orange, white, and light yellow throughout. This timeless palette fills the space with a sense of warmth and comfort, making it welcoming not only for residents but also for guests.
This project started construction in June 2021, completed in November 2021 and sold out in February 2022.
